By accessing or using VIMO Labs websites, applications, creator tools, or online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our applications or services.

VIMO Labs provides practical creator tools and automation products, including individual desktop applications (such as CapCap, Melody, Drawify) and related account management services.

Our applications are designed to reduce friction in creator workflows—including video localization, voice production, visual storytelling, and workflow automation.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to use our services.

If you use our services on behalf of an entity, team, or business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features, licenses, or desktop applications, you may be required to register a VIMO Labs account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

VIMO Labs may allow sign-in through trusted third-party providers such as Google. Your use of third-party authentication is also subject to that provider's terms of service and privacy policy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active subscription or access plan, VIMO Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our desktop applications.

Licenses are associated with your VIMO Labs account. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or distribute license tokens or application binaries to unauthorized third parties.

You agree to use VIMO Labs products and services only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all text, video files, audio recordings, images, and other creative assets that you import, process, or export using VIMO Labs applications ('User Content').

VIMO Labs does not claim ownership over your creative output. Any processing performed by our tools—whether locally on your machine or through online processing pipelines—is solely to fulfill the features and actions you request.

Certain VIMO Labs tools utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning models for speech recognition, dubbing, translation, voice synthesis, or visual generation.

AI-generated outputs may not always be 100% accurate, error-free, or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated captions, translations, and media before publishing or distributing them.

VIMO Labs does not guarantee copyright originality or third-party platform monetization approval for automated outputs.

VIMO Labs may offer free trials, individual app subscriptions, or bundled creator suite plans. Applicable fees and terms will be clearly displayed prior to purchase.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled by the user through their account management dashboard.

Billing policies, refund terms, and promotional pricing are subject to the specific terms disclosed at checkout.

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services—such as Google for identity verification, cloud providers for asset processing, or payment gateways for billing.

VIMO Labs does not control and is not liable for third-party websites, terms, or operational availability.

The VIMO Labs brand, software, logos, designs, user interfaces, documentation, and underlying technologies are the proprietary property of VIMO Labs and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of VIMO Labs trademarks or copyrighted materials beyond the limited software licenses granted herein.

You may stop using our services and terminate your account at any time through the account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VIMO Labs services if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or abused our systems.

We continuously update and enhance our creator ecosystem. We may introduce new features, modify existing workflows, or deprecate legacy capabilities over time.

While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

VIMO Labs services and applications are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIMO Labs and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of VIMO Labs services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our products, legal requirements, or business practices.

The 'Last updated' date at the top of this document indicates when revisions were made. Continued use of our applications following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
